FAQ

Q: Do you sell phones or tablets?

A: Amazing NO. TSAshfi.blogspot.com has its primary function of providing detailed and accurate information about mobile phones and their features. While browsing TSAshfi.blogspot.com, you may find links to online stores that sell phones and other electronic items, but those are external items and TSAshfi.blogspot.com has nothing to do with it. TSAshfi.blogspot.com does not sell phones or anything else and does not recommend a particular store.

Q: Can I send you my phone for repairs or upgrades?

A: No, we do not upgrade or repair phones / tablets. We simply provide details about cell phones.

Q: Why can't I filter by category X in your Phone Finder?

A: Mobile technology has continued to break down barriers since the establishment of our site, especially in recent years with the advent of smartphones. Many upcoming flags strive to deliver the latest and greatest in order to capture the interest of consumers, each surpassing the other with the latest technology from high-quality display and cores processing all the way to density and interaction with features.

With so many new technologies being installed on handsets and tablets - not to mention advanced software capabilities - it is almost impossible to offer each of the latest filters in different categories.

Note that you can search for almost every feature using the 'Free Text' field located at the bottom of our Phone Finder. Just type in your keyword and Phone Finder will show you the most popular phones that contain them, in addition to other filters you may have selected.

Q: There are some terms that are not in your list of words.

A: Feel free to let us know of any mobile names you feel may be added to our list. We, along with other users like you who may not know this name, will thank you. You may also notify us of any terms of reference that are incorrect or may be updated. The best way to do this is to use our support email available on the Contact Us page.

Q: How can I find out if a particular device will work in my country?

A: You can use our complete integration guide, accessed from the top of our site. Once you find out which bands are working in your country, you can target them with the bands listed at the top of your selected device details page.

Q: I can see that the phone has a very good rating, but we are not registered in the Top 5 on the first page. Why?

A: Only phones labeled 'Available' and have over 1000 votes considered to be listed in the top 5 phones.

Q: I'm sure the information in your device's catalog is incorrect. Why is that?

A: We collect our information mainly from the manufacturer's websites. Some of them provide very detailed information, others not so much. In the latter case, we sometimes have to use other unreliable sources. This includes other catalogs, message boards and online stores. If you think there is incorrect information in your phone catalog, please send us an email with the correct data, and where to find it, if possible. Thank you in advance.

Q: I like the X phone very much. Where can I buy it? I was searching in various stores and no one ever heard of it. Is your information fraudulent?

A: Be sure to check that your device is listed in the 'Announced' list with our details. It is important to remember that some models in our catalog have been announced by the manufacturers, but have not yet been introduced to the market, and some we have listed as rumors in other sources.

Manufacturers will sometimes provide a set release time for devices, and more often than not keep up with them. This makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to determine the exact dates of release of devices far away in the future. Be assured, though, that once news of your specific device has surfaced, its status will be updated accordingly.
